In Madrid, in front of the Mine Shaft Tavern
We will have kale, chard, lettuce, broccoli, onions, cabbage, flowers and herbs. Amanda is focused on providing varieties that will thrive in our local climate. She will be teachingHigh Desert Gardening at Ampersand on April 28th to make sure that everyone know how to care for these babies. We must have good soil, protection from the spring winds, and a bit of babying so the transplanting goes well.
We will have the summer veggies, more flowers and tomatoes for the next plant sale on May 12th.
Great to have 2013 intern Dorothy back for a visit. And thanks to Lisa and Brandon for bringing so much enthusiasm to our site! The students from The Masters Program in Santa Fe turned out to be advanced rock movers too! Thank you!
